
First, 1st Call MD will partner with Board-certified doctors to provide the medical services directly to consumers under the 1st Call Brand. A large marketing effort, including online and in-person healthcare-related workshops, will educate the public about how to use the 1st Call service to enhance access to the latest in medical technology and services. Second, 1st Call MD will license its technology to physicians who want to offer the benefits of telemedicine to their existing patient base using a private labeling system. Third, 1st Call MD will target large corporations and other groups that want to offer their employees, members and constituents a state-of-the-art telemedicine program. 1st Call earns transaction revenue from each patient encounter.
